Fouts, William P., 33, of Boyceville, pleaded guilty to 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety w/Use of a Dangerous Weapon. Fouts was sentenced to 2 years probation; 30 days jail time; ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and do AODA; ordered to have no contact w/Elk Point Resort at N8535 618th St. in Colfax, WI; and ordered to have no contact with [redacted].*
Jenkins, Ronald L., 43, of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, pleaded guilty to two counts of Misappropriate ID Info - Obtain Money and one count of Credit Card-Forgery. Jenkins was sentenced to 1 year in jail; ordered to submit a DNA sample; and property forfeited with the exception of the defendant's phone, with the discretion of the Menomonie Police Dept. Â
Johansen, Mark Henry, 45, of Glenwood City, was found guilty of OWI - 4th w/Passenger Under 16 Years Old after entering a No Contest Plea. Johansen was sentenced to 2 years probation; 75 days jail time; must maintain absolute sobriety; ordered not to enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores; DOT license revoked for 36 months; Ignition Interlock for 36 months; and alcohol assessment.
Sheppard, Charlotte E., 61, of Menomonie, was found guilty of Fraud Against a Financial Institution (Value Exceeds $500 but does not Exceed $10,000) after entering a No Contest Plea. Sheppard was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to submit DNA.
Skoug, Katrina Rose, 29, of Menomonie, was found guilty of two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony after entering a No Contest Plea. Skoug was sentenced to 24 months probation; must maintain absolute sobriety; ordered not to enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores; AODA assessment; complete TOP; and ordered to submit DNA.
