Dallas, WI woman charged with Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place

Dunn County, WI – Chelsey Ann Stevens, 29, of Dallas, was arrested on a felony charge of Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place with a modifier of As a Party to a Crime.
In that same case, Stevens also faces misdemeanor charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Operating While Revoked.
According to court records, the alleged offenses occurred on Jan. 24, 2026.
Her next court appearance for this case is scheduled for April 21, 2026.
For the above charges, a $2,500 signature bond was set. Stevens has been ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, not to be in the presence or possession of any drug paraphernalia, and not to possess or consume any controlled substances without a valid prescription.
However, Stevens is currently being held at the Dunn County Jail. According to the jail roster, in addition to the charges mentioned above, she was arrested for a probation violation.Â
In June 2025, Stevens was convicted of Possession of Methamphetamine in Chippewa County and sentenced to 3 years probation. She was ordered not to possess or consume any illegal drugs, not to possess any drug paraphernalia, not to possess syringes unless medically required, not to possess or consume any prescription drugs not prescribed, and to have no association with anyone using or possessing illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
