Below are felony case convictions and other dispositions[*] from Dunn County, Wisconsin, for Jan. 15-21, 2026.


Nahun Josue Flores-Cruz (DOB 03-1996) was extradited to Shawnee County, Kansas, after being held at the Dunn County Jail.


Flores-Cruz is facing multiple charges in Kansas, including Identity theft - Defraud to receive benefits < $100,000.


Troy Rutledge Pierce (DOB 10-1960), of Menomonie, had the following charges consolidated into another case: two counts of Exposing Genitals/Pubic Area/Intimate Parts to a Child, as well as a misdemeanor charge of Obstructing an Officer.


Pierce, who is currently in custody at the Dunn County Jail, has multiple open cases in Dunn County. Under Case Number 2025CF000025, he's facing charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Child Enticement.


Breona Alayssa Roddy (DOB 05-1989), of Chicago, Illinois, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with a Modifier of Use of a Dangerous Weapon.


Under that same case, charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer against Roddy were dismissed, but read in.


James M. McClintock (DOB 02-1955), of Jamestown, North Dakota, had charges of Bail Jumping-Felony and Operating While Revoked dismissed on the prosecutor's motion.


McClintock was found guilty due to a no contest plea of Burglary-Building or Dwelling under a separate case.


Robert B. Metzenbauer (DOB 03-1979), of Cadott, had the following charges dismissed on the prosecutor's motion: OWI (4th w/ Passenger < 16 Yrs Old); Operating While Revoked; and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription.


Metzenbauer has open cases in Dunn and Eau Claire Counties, including a charge of OWI (4th).


Michael Lynn Stewart (DOB 02-1995), of Menomonie, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of Possessing Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin.


Under the same case, a charge of Manufacture/Deliver Psilocin(<=100g) against Stewart was dismissed on the prosecutor's motion. A charge of Possessing w/Intent-Psilocin (<=100 g) was dismissed but read in.


Jonathan Robert Wanke (DOB 09-1993), of Menomonie, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of Intimidate Victim/Domestic Abuse Crime, with Modifiers of Domestic Abuse, Repeater, and Domestic Abuse Repeater.


Under that same case, the following charges against Wanke were dismissed, but read in: Intimidate Victim/As a Repeater; False Imprisonment; Disorderly Conduct - multiple counts; Strangulation and Suffocation; and Battery.
