Below are felony case convictions and other dispositions[*] from Dunn County, Wisconsin, for Jan. 8-14, 2026.
Matthew R. Link, DOB 01-1985, of Chippewa Falls, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony.
In that same case, a charge of Possess Drug Paraphernalia was dismissed.Â
Dustin Lee Kistner, DOB 11-1992, of Menomonie, received a deferred prosecution or sentence for Possession of Methamphetamine.Â
Deferred prosecution agreement hearings are scheduled for January and December of 2027.
In that same case, a misdemeanor charge of Possess Drug Paraphernalia was dismissed.
Kathleen E. Wolf, DOB 09-1994, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of Possession of Methamphetamine.Â
