Non-compliant sex offender last known to be living in Menomonie

Menomonie, WI -- In Wisconsin, registered sex offenders must keep the Sex Offender Registry Program updated on their place of residence. When individuals fail to maintain this requirement, they are deemed to have “non-compliant” status.
On Jan. 27, 2026, Ching Leng Her (DOB 11/1994) was listed as a non-compliant sex offender whose last known address was N4791 HWY 25 LOT 485, MENOMONIE, WI, 54751-5498.
Court records show that in June 2025, Birch Terrace WI MHC LLC filed a small claims eviction case against Ching Leng Her at that Menomonie address. That small claims case was dismissed after both parties failed to appear at the Eviction Hearing.
Her is required to maintain sex offender registration through 08/23/2036, following a 2016 conviction for Third-Degree Sexual Assault in Pierce County.
Ching Leng Her is male, 5' 5" tall, and weighs 210 lbs. He’s reported to have a blue 2016 Toyota Corolla with WI license plates, license number unknown.
